Fifer PTO Officers --

1)  See the great hand-woven basket we are selling! Fifer Basket These are a limited edition--be the first one to own one!!

2)  Parents and Teachers:  The Fifer PTO needs your help!  The PTO is sponsoring the next school dance on Friday March 19th,  6:30 - 8:30 pm. Our Theme is March Madness and we are planning to have a BASKETBALL "Shoot Around" Contest in the school Gym during the dance. We cannot do this with out your help! We need a minimum of 14 parents and teachers to chaperone this dance.  Would you please consider helping out for 2 short hours?  TEACHERS we need your experience with the students and DADS, what a great time to help out with our basketball contest. PTO is in need of a fundraising boost - and is not going to be able to support the school activities that it has in the past - please consider helping to make this dance a successful one.

3)  The Fifer PTO is considering sponsoring a "1st Annual FMS Spring Talent Show" If you are interested in even helping out in the smallest way, please reply to this email.  ALL PARENTS AND STAFF ARE WELCOME!!

4) The PTO is having a Spring Bulb Fundraiser to support the costs of student agenda books for next year.  Checks are written to FMS-PTO and please add the student’s name to the memo section.  The sale starts today 3/12 and runs until 3/24.  All bulbs are only $6.00 each!  Thank you for supporting your PTO.

CR  SCHOOL BOARD

Parents are encouraged to attend the monthly school board meetings held on the third Tuesday of every month at 7 pm. The location changes each month and can be found on the district calendar (www.cr.k12.de. us) or in the Calendar Reminders section above in bold black. There is a time reserved at each meeting for public comments; you may also contact any board member directly with questions or concerns.
